We see consulting as creating a helpful relationship. We advise individuals (e.g., executives), teams (e.g., project teams), organisations (e.g., public administrations) and complex cooperation systems (e.g., a water sector reform process). We believe that consulting is particularly helpful when it strengthens the client's self-regulation forces and therefore the client's fundamentals. Our focus is on the development of our client's problem-solving skills. We bring in our presence and interpersonal skills as well as our consultancy, intercultural and, when applicable, sector experience.
We have systemic and Gestalt backgrounds and simultaneously work from practical approaches. We design change processes as experts in the HOW. Through the continuous participation of the players involved, we organise change processes so that "aktionslernen" takes place. We can offer custom-fit services such as training, coaching or facilitation to accompany the change process.
