Philea workshop in the Muga Valley in Spain

How do you find a path between disruptive change and incremental improvement? At the heart of this seems to be a reconciliation that requires the convergence of different perspectives and the setting aside of big egos – in favor of focusing on a jointly woven trust as a social net and common denominator.

 

 

In June 2023, the Philantrophy Europe Association – Philea invited 22 ambitious future thinkers and doers from the European foundation scene to think, feel and act in new ways. Innovation and co-creation were significantly promoted by the magical venue, the Home of the Pioneers of our Time in the Muga Valley in Spain, where intact nature and biodiversity are at the center of any future planning and business development. After three days of intensive collaboration, the consensus was that sustainable change must focus above all on social innovation and that a value-based cooperation of the many is paramount.
