Birthe Meyer is a certified consultant for Organisational Development and Change Management

With more than 11 years of consulting and management experience in international cooperation, she supports teams and organisations in their transformation processes and strengthens their capacity for action. She works in a resource- and solution-oriented manner, recognising challenges and conflicts as valuable drivers of development and collective learning. Birthe Meyer facilitates (international) workshops and events, advises on cooperation management, and provides her expertise in the fields of conflict and governance. With her extensive international experience – including six years in Southeast Asia and several years in the MENA region – she combines global perspectives with in-depth consulting practice.
