Matthias Wein is a certified organizational development consultant.
His main fields of work include strategy and organizational development with organizations both from the public and private sector. Before joining Como in 2017, he has been working in international development in different management and leadership positions. Since 2021, he is a partner at Como and a trainer in our one-year training course on organizational development and change management. His current work focuses on new forms of organizing in times of political, digital and ecological transformation.
