His consulting and coaching approach is systemic as well as gestalt and solution-oriented. In his work, Michael Beyer uses the schemes and formats of the systemic structural constellation work of the Munich SySt® Institute. He has been working in international cooperation for over 20 years in various consulting, management and leadership positions. Since 2013, he has been supporting organizational development processes in Germany and abroad and advising on team and leadership development. Supervision and agile coaching are also part of his consulting services. His client groups include public administration, universities, international cooperation organizations and start-ups. He is co-lead of the organizational development training at Como Consult GmbH. He has been a co-partner of the company since 2017.
