Jan Johannsmeier is a geographer, certified mediator, organizational consultant and regional manager.
He supports non-profits, companies, networks and strategic cooperations as well as public administration in the areas of strategy and organizational development. He worked for ten years in international cooperation and in various management and leadership positions. Since this year, he has been a partner at Como and a trainer in organizational development. He is currently working a lot on new forms of organizing in times of digital and ecological transformation.
